All our staff have lived and worked in Hampshire for many years. We have an excellent relationship with local businesses and only use local companies for our web design, printing, accountancy and legal services. We are Hampshire people and proud to provide our services to local estate agents and home owners in our area.

Alan is an experienced petrochemical engineer, and worked his way up to being an expert in his field of operation at B.P. before leaving to run his own highly successful consultancy company. As the operations director, Alan heads up the team responsible for organising the compilation of HIPs. Maintaining a close relationship with our Estate Agents, home owners and solicitors is a very busy role which Alan's team manage incredibly well. Alan brings a wealth of corporate and commercial experience to House Inspect.

Operations Director - Pam Dickinson

As the Quality Manager for House Inspect Pam will focus her efforts on ensuring that all of our customers are completely satisfied with the services we provide. Originally a Mechanical Engineer, specialising in 3D computer aided design she is currently training as a surveyor. Pam has enjoyed a varied career, which include the Business Coordinator for a department within Europe's largest engineering training college and as a Marine Engineer onboard a Navy Frigate.

Alastair's 30 year career in the Property Industry has given him a vast experience in Building Management and a detailed understanding of construction, house maintenance and energy efficiency. As one of our technical managers, his wide technical knowledge brings substantial benefits to House Inspect Ltd. Alastair heads up our team of surveyors and Home Inspectors.

Senior Surveyor - David Moore

David is our surveying expert on historic and unusual buildings. Having spent a lifetime in the building industry as an architectural technologist he has a wide range of experience on all types of residential property. Being fully qualified as a surveyor he looks forward to putting this to good effect and holds a senior position within House Inspect.

Michael Hoare

Michael Lives in Alton and is a geologist by trade having also spent time as a IT and communications consultant. Mike is a qualified and practicing Home Inspector. He is also an assessor and trainer for the Domestic Energy Assessors award.

Bob Penfold MBE

Bob is currently under going training as a Home Inspector and lives in Alverstoke with his Wife and Family. Having spent 32 years in Recreational and Estate Management, he is looking forward to completing his H.I training and working in this new industry with like minded professional people.

David Haines

Lives in Arundel in W Sussex and is a director of a local company involved in the restoration and re-development of period properties. David enjoys sport and gardening, he is currently studying to become a HI and is pleased to be in the House Inspect team.

Bob Draper

Bob is an extremely thorough man, who has a flair for residential surveying. Many years of experience ensure home owners and estate agents listen carefully to his advice.

Peter Rose

Peter has 30 years experience in building contracting and facilities/property maintenance and he is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Building. Peter wishes to work with a new dynamic organisation and we are very pleased to have him on the team.

Jeff Ayling

Jeff originally trained in electronics and spent some 22 years in the IT industry, latterly as a Business Development Director. In 2000 he changed career to work in the building industry specialising in refurbishment of traditional properties. Jeff is currently undergoing Home Inspector training.

Wayne Ingiszi

Wayne is currently training as a home inspector having left behind 27 years in the Electrical Engineering industry. Wayne, lives in Waterlooville has an enthusiasm for life, travel and fitness and is looking forward to joining a thoroughly professional team.

Keith Farley-Pettman

Keith lives in Southampton and is training to become a Home Inspector after a thirty year career in education. His work with secondary school students, specialising in Design and Technology and Information Technology, has given him a keen interest in building construction and energy conservation.
